Hey there! Is "smtp04.topdns.com" the name of your local machine, or is that the name of the remote server you were trying to send the message to? If you can get us some more details about the incoming and outgoing tests you performed we can likely get you better information.

Hey cPRex, just figured it out. Actually, I've forgot to create the mail redirection in the dns record (directly in my registrar). So now it's working. Have a good day

Hello, I have a problem with receiving emails since yesterday, I can send them but not receive them. From the cpanel panel it gives me this error SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:: 550-5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. Please try\n550-5.1.1 double-checking the recipient's email address for typos or\n550-5.1.1 unnecessary spaces. @davide80 - can you try checking the cPanel >> Email Routing setting to make sure that is pointed locally?

I thank you. You were right. I don't understand just how this setting has changed.

I'm not sure how that setting would have changed either. With the odd issues you're experiencing, it might be best to submit a ticket to our team so we can take a look at this behavior for you. If you're able to do that, please post the ticket number here so I can follow along.
