Spam Filter does not block specific email address
Hi Folks
I would be so greatful if someone could answer this question for me?
In my Cpanel account I have been trying to block a specific email address using my spam filter blacklist tool, but it keeps getting through no matter what I do.
Please see attachment that includes the said email address.
Thanks guys in advance

You are adding the spam mail filter correctly: *@domain.tdl and even if you add user@domain.tdl below or above it will continue to work correctly. The following may happen to you: 1- The ip of the sending server is added to exim as secure. 2- you are wrong with the address that sends the message, it is possible that it is camouflaged which makes you add the wrong domain Camouflaged account example: sending name ** Additional I have noticed that sometimes if you receive spam mail and this domain or account is added to the black list but you do not have space in the account to receive the mail, the server sends a bounce message many times leaving this bounce message in the queue of mail so it seems like not filtered the mail. *** You can also add "global mail filters" to filter and eliminate everything that matches x word or phrase, you just have to be careful that this filter does not match real emails I hope I have helped you in some way 0
