    Hey there! Whenever this happens I like to just run the script in question to see if it gives me any additional output that may be useful. Can you run "/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/find_outdated_services" and see if that gives you more details?

    That output seems pretty normal to me. Since those aren't services controlled by cPanel they would need to be manually restarted. Can you try a cPanel update now and let me know if you still see any errors?
