  Since you have no ETA, the least you could do is offer a free trial for the Deluxe version of the software until you do instead of reminding the users the opinion they want requires an upgrade, then sending them to a page that has no option to purchase said options. To be clear, I want to pay, but you released software without the ability to pay or unlock the deluxe versions. This seems counter-intuitive for a business, especially since you are porting WordPress Toolkit over from Plesk Buy Plesk - Plesk.
