Empty Junk box

Hello, am having an issue whereby, am unable to see any mail sent to my Junk box since it's always empty. What can I do to solve this issue both in Horde and Roundcube?

  Hey there! I'm not totally sure I am understanding the issue you're experiencing. By default, I see the junk folder on a new email created on the system. Are you saying that you aren't seeing that at all in the interface, or that you aren't seeing anything in that folder?

  Perhaps a better question - is there a reason you are expecting to see mail there? If nothing has been filtered to Junk, there wouldn't be anything in that folder.
