Good Day, anyone who can help me how to fix this problem on my Dedicated Server WHM/CPanel?
Sometimes getting this error "An error occurred. Your account may be over its quota or you attempted to upload a folder.".
If I encounter that error, I need to use a VPN Connection to be success the uploading file.
cat /usr/local/cpanel/logs/access_log

Hey there! Once you switch your connection over to the VPN, does the upload start working? If so, it sounds like there is either a firewall restriction or something causing an issue with ModSecurity. Can you watch the Apache logs at /etc/apache2/logs/error_log while you perform that work to see if there is anything logged there? If not, it might be worth trying to disable any firewalls, such as CSF, and perform the work again to see if that lets things go through properly. 0 -
yes! if i use a VPN the upload is working. 0 -
If changing your source IP resolves the issues, it definitely seems like a firewall problem. I would try disabling the firewall on the machine temporarily to see if that gets things working. 0
