Update mysql Which version i choose?

Hello, I am using version 5.6.49 of mysql and whm shows me that I need to update, here are the updates it offers me :

  If you want to stick with MySQL then you'd go with MySQL 5.7. The other options would switch you from MySQL to MariaDB.

  As @ffeingol said, it's really a personal preference. If you aren't sure, you may want to speak with a MySQL developer or system administrator to confirm what version your databases and sites are compatible with before making a change, as there is not a supported way to downgrade MySQL in cPanel & WHM.
