  Hi @Vs-Nu, A similar issue was solved by running /scripts/mailperm to add domains to /etc/localdomain See Hope that helps!

  Hey there, @Vs Nu I think I'd need more detail to help you out on this one. If the error message is coming from the cPanel server, using the tool that @ZenHostingTravis linked is a good first step. If the error message is coming from the remote location, that could just mean there is an issue on the remote mailserver and it isn't something that you'll be able to fix on the cPanel side of things. If you could let me know what specific actions you are taking that cause that error I may be able to provide you with better details to troubleshoot this.
