Apache is not working (I can't switch from literspeed to apache) Centos 7
Hello, apache is no longer working in whm panel. I could not understand the problem. I am using litespeed rate but want to switch to apache. Apache is not restarting from the restart the service partition. What could be the problem?

Before you tried to go back to Apache did you go into the LSWS plugin in WHM and choose "Switch to Apache"? If not, Apache is not going to start or have a port conflict with LSWS. 0 -
As @ffeingol said, can you make sure you have switched to Apache inside the Litespeed WHM plugin before trying that restart? 0 -

We'd prob. need the relivant parts of /var/log/apach2/error_log to see the actual error. You may just want to open a cPanel support ticket to speed up the process. 0 -

I would recommend running this command on the server in SSH while restarting the Apache service through WHM: tail -f /etc/apache2/logs/error_log
That will allow you to see the newest log entries in real time, and hopefully that gives you more details about the issue.0 -

Thanks for those details. That output still seems to show Litespeed is running on the system. If you were able to make the switch to Apache in the Litespeed plugin, it seems there could be other issues. For this issue it would be best to submit a ticket so we can check the system in real-time while the errors happen. 0 -

@cPRex Do you know if this issues was a fluke on the one server only. Or is this still an issue just wondering cause I"m looking into litespeed as well 0 -
I haven't heard of other issues like this on my end so it seems like it was isolated to this system. 0
