Question about subdomains when adding a addon domains
Hello,
so i have a main domain - let's call it maindomain.com and other separate domains - site1.com and site2.com.
My question is how can i disable the creation of subdomains for maindomain.com when adding site1.com and site2.com as addon domains?
In other words i don't want to see site1.com.maindomain.com and site2.com.maindomain.com in the Cpanel and obviously in the who-is databases, because if you do a search for maindomain.com on the securitytrails.com website for example, all the other domains site1.com.maindomain.com, site2.com.maindomain.com will pop up and i don't want to have any association that maindomain.com has something to do with site1.com and site2.com.

Hey there! This isn't a way to disable those as the subdomain is what Apache uses to handle the addon domain traffic. Addon domains are just a cPanel function where subdomains are manipulated into looking like a separate domain, but those subdomains have to exist.
