HI, Please explain me how to create reseller package. Since How to intergrete to whmcs

  Hey there, @Muneef! cPanel Reseller packages are called ACLs, which is what the resellers themselves have access to on the system. Depending on what you allow the reseller to create, they would be able to log in to their limited version of WHM and create packages normally. I can't provide much detail about the WHMCS side of things, so you may want to reach out to their community directly at WHMCS.Community for more details.

  After you are logged into WHM you can go to "Edit Reseller Nameservers and Privileges" to adjust what features are available to a certain reseller. Can you try that and let me know if that gets things working?

  I'm not completely sure sure you mean by "auto-create" - can you get me more details on what you are trying to have happen automatically?

  We don't offer any support through Skype or screensharing tools at this time. It sounds like you may want to check out WHMCS software: Overview | Feature Tour | WHMCS WHMCS allows you to setup a billing and management system for your users, where you can setup various packages for your users. I'd recommend reading through all the features that WHMCS includes to see if that would be useful for you.
