    Hi Miljan, Are the clients whose email is being marked as spam using Outlook? You have to ensure that the domains have the correct DNS records set up, to keep your email out of the spam folder. You need proper SPF records, DKIM and possbily DMARC records set up. Your host should also have set up an reverse DNS record for the server itself. You can test email deliverability using the following tools: Email Deliverability Tool - Check Your Deliverability Report - MxToolBox and Newsletters spam test by mail-tester.com Hope that helps!

    @ZenHostingTravis 's reply is on point - all those things need to be in place to ensure delivery to an inbox, and even after all that, individual providers can sometimes be picky and still route your messages to the junk folder. We do have a checklist here that you may want to look through as well:
