    The issue was found that an erroneous blocking of Port 25 in the TCP_IN/OUT firewall caused emails to cease. The reason the ownership was adjusted was found here; What does "[System]" mean in Mail Queue Manager? Where System is the owner of the automated message response generated by Exim itself. Cheers
