Manage Spamassassin blacklist via script

Hi, I would like to write a script to add email address to my spamassassin blacklist. I have tried to script access through the cpanel web access, but this is incredibly clunky and requires allowing javascript in browser which almost inevitably requires user authentication which kind of defeats the automation aim. Is it possible to maintain the spamassassin blacklist directly without web access?

  Hey there! You can create custom rules directly on the command line, but as you found, it does require some custom engineering. We don't have any guides on that, but the SpamAssassin documentation is a good place to start:
