Hey there, @rasel20 If ModSecurity isn't showing up inside the cPanel interface this is most likely due to the feature not being enabled for that user's package. You can check this from WHM >> Feature Manager by editing the feature list that is assigned to that user's account. By default, this is enabled, so if you have any custom packages configured that could be the issue. If that isn't the problem you may want to check the WHM >> ModSecurity Vendors page to make sure that is enabled on your server in general.

Recently I have installed new theme and developing my site using elementor but could not update. Facing problem of server error (404 error). I have watched a youtube video where I have found that if I disable Mod Security then it will be updated. But when I visited my cpanel, I found it is missing. I have also visited WHM>>ModSecurity Vendors but found it is showing to installed. I click the install but not responsing. Now what I will do? Please help.

Thanks for the additional details. In your case, ModSecurity isn't installed so you wouldn't need to disable it to test your work, so the root of your problem is elsewhere and not with ModSecurity.
