Problem with emails
Hi, had a recent problem with my email address sending spam emails, we changed the password in cpanel and sorted this. But now I can't send or receive any emails and it looks like the password for me to log into CPanel has been changed and can't log in, I try the reset password link, and it wants to send the link to the email address I no longer receive emails from, I really am stuck, can anyone help

Hey there! I'm sorry to hear about this issue with the email address on the system. If you aren't able to access cPanel you wouldn't be able to fix this on your end, as you'd need to get your hosting provider involved to help reset that password. cPanel doesn't actually host any content. While we do make the software your servers uses, we don't provide the actual hosting. The best way to find the host if you aren't sure is to perform a Whois lookup on your domain's IP address. You can do that online with this tool: WHOIS IP Lookup Tool | UltraTools 0
