Creation of a subdomain - Problem DNS

Hello, I created a subdomain without problem. The file did appear in the FTP and in my DNS zone (see screenshot). But cannot access it by browser, DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error It's been over a week and no spread. I don't understand the problem, any idea :rolleyes: ? Aur"lien.

  Hey there! I see your domain is actually using the OVH nameservers so the DNS records setup in cPanel wouldn't matter. Can you contact OVH and make sure they get a DNS record setup for that subdomain for you? Once that is in place I would expect things to start working properly.

  Ha ... I understand better, I don't manage the OVH of this client, I will ask OVH to do the DNS record setup. Thank you so much... ;)
