Login invalid with Template

Hi there I used this template: on the login https//myip:2083 i tried to login into cpanel with https//myip:2087 (whm) i can login into whm without any problems. And i activated the trial license. so the root passwort is correct. Do i have to config something else? like a whitelist for my ip? Kind regards

  Hey there! That sounds like normal behavior for a brand new machine, as I wouldn't expect the cPanel access to work until an account has been created from WHM >> List Accounts. Are you still not able to log in to cPanel after an account is set up? If so, let me know the error you are receiving and I can check that for you.

  Hi there I made a Support ticket and it was really fast solved. Solution was: as you mentioned, i had to login with a cpanel account.
