WHM root login on the production server causes forward to licence argeement and a installtion wizard.
The license is OK (version 31.002)
The server works fine since 2016.
User interfaces works.
API works.
No errors in logs.
I no push to "Agree to all", because URL /scripts3/initial_setup_wizard1/legal so dangerous for the production server.

Hey there! We did change the license agreement with the latest update, as we do from time to time, so it's completely normal for this to happen. If you accept the agreement you'll get taken into WHM like normal. 0 -
thanks, it works! PS: Please, add some description on this page. "initial_setup_wizard" on a production environment - not a best idea... 0 -
I'm glad that's working well! Just to confirm, the issue isn't with the content of the page, but with the URL saying "initial setup wizard" - is that correct? If so, I can see how that could be confusing. 0 -
I'm resurrecting the topic, but I'm having the same problem right now and it's not making progress by updating on its own.

The previous user just needed to accept the license agreement. Can you ensure that you are accessing WHM with a new session, and not using a bookmark that includes the session ID?
