I added and changed the IP in "cpanel" and now one of the sites in my account is showing up with the older IP. This was not the case when the IP was only one.

  Hey there! I'm sorry to hear about this problem with the IP address on the system. If you change the IP in WHM you would also need to ensure the DNS for the domain is updated in order for everything to work properly. Can you check the DNS for the domain?

  DNS for the domain has been changed. What I am asking this time is that if you access the old IP directly, you will see the site of one of the accounts. When you only have one IP in cpanel, you should see a 404 for cpanel.
