@cPRex, Thanks for your reply. But I already reviewed the link. I am new at WHM. I am having a problem with the email and need serious help. I need help with a few things. Well, the first question is, how to delete the alternate hostname of the email? I mean, I have created a hostname which is mails.mydomain.com, but the default is mail.mydomain.com . Now I want to go back to the default. See the attached one for more clarity.

I wouldn't recommend using the mail subdomain at all. Most users choose something like host.servername.com or server1.servername.com, but you'll want to make sure this isn't something that gets used for web traffic or for any other service.

Well, Let me share a message. I connected my domain to Cloudflare. But I am having a problem with MX, Cloudflare is saying that "This will reveal the original IP". And the most important thing is that, All my emails from the mydomain.com website is not going to Hotmail only. But it is ok with Gmail. In this case, can you suggest me how should I configure everything so that my email from mydomain.com successfully reach Hotmail? I also have another IP (Just letting you know if it is needed). However, is there any way to delete the hostname that I created and get back to mail HELO? PLease also see my 2nd screenshot.

Do you get any type of error message from Hotmail? Is there a bounceback message that you receive or are there errors in the logs? Knowing that would help us fix the issue.

Here it is. Please check the attachment. However, is there any way to do the conversation faster?

Thanks for that screenshot. That message indicates that you are being blocked by Hotmail, so as long as the new IP you plan to use is in a different range it should not be blocked. I would try making that change and seeing if that resolves the issue. I'm not sure what you mean by "conversion" - the IP switch will take affect instantly once you make those edits on the server.
