Hey there! I don't believe there is a way to see the current profile that is deployed, since you can also customize the profile as well, and the interface doesn't have any detection built-in to see if that profile has had customizations applied. That would likely significantly slow down the interface while packages are compared to those default lists.

mmm .. then it may happen that one day I use the profile "CloudLinux + All PHP Options + OpCache" and after a while ... since I can't know what profile I'm using, I can reactivate the same profile. It should, I think, indicate which one is active, regardless of whether it is modified.

That sounds like a great feature request to me! You can submit a request using the link in my signature.

Great - it takes a bit to get approved as our developers manually review each one, but it'll be on the site shortly :D If you can post a link here that might get it more visibility and I'd be happy to vote for it as well.

Is this still not possible? It seems you can take your whole server down with lack of this information. Is there no way of knowing?

This feature hasn't been implemented yet. I'm actually not sure if that is something that we can reliably implement because if there is even one tiny package change, you're technically no longer using one of the options from the list. I always tell people that the larger profiles are a great start, but then to use the top "Customize" button for future changes, OR to save a profile they like so they can use it repeatedly or even move it across servers.
