My new domain name of less than 24hrs was cancelled

Hi, I recently purchased a domain name and hosting today at Zoservers.com After a while I noticed that the current domain status is canceled, and I cannot edit anything on the domain again, including the name servers and DNS setting. Please I don't want to lose the domain. I have tried submitting tickets to the technical support team, but they haven't replied one. Please how do I recover my domain?

  Hey there! I'm sorry to hear about this situation, but in this case there isn't anything you can do on the cPanel side of things to get this resolved. You'll have to work with the domain provider to get that domain activated again and working. I'm sorry I don't have anything more I can offer on my end.

  Okay, thanks... But as I bought the domain newly, will it be gone forever? How long does it take before it is terminated completely? I have been contacting the domain server support team and created a ticket but no response. Will I still get the domain back, or will I get my money back? Please I need guide on what to do

  Unfortunately those are things we aren't going to be able to answer on our end as that is all handled by your hosting provider and how they control the domain. You'll have to work with them directly to get those details.
