Email Settings - Restrictions : Logging In

Hello... I was just updating my email account settings and noticed there is a an option to restrict server log in. I would like to confirm that I can still use the SMTP settings via Outlook or any other 3rd party if I do enable this. That this is strictly to prevent logging into the server directly with the email credentials via cPanel and accessing the account via RoundCube or SquirrelMail etc. Screenshot below. Thanks in advance.

  Hey there! That option would completely block access to the email account through all methods, so you wouldn't be able to continue to use Outlook or other tools.
