Error when entering the WHM Account - [A fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive.]
I also tried to send a support request but it asks for a Licenses IP Address and to get this I need to enter the WHM, which I can't :/
How can I fix the error? or how can I send a support ticket without a licensed IP address?

Hey there! Can you try running this on the command line to force an update? /scripts/upcp --force That often resolves these issues with the WHM interface. Try that, and let me know! 0 -

I'm trying to find my support access ID by typing - /usr/local/cpanel/cpanel -S to the terminal and it returns an error. I'm lost here...will try the direct email. Thank you 0 -
