Error when entering the WHM Account - [A fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive.]

I also tried to send a support request but it asks for a Licenses IP Address and to get this I need to enter the WHM, which I can't :/ How can I fix the error? or how can I send a support ticket without a licensed IP address?

  Hey there! Can you try running this on the command line to force an update? /scripts/upcp --force That often resolves these issues with the WHM interface. Try that, and let me know!

  If you're not able to submit a normal ticket directly through our ticket system you could contact our Customer Service team directly using these details to get that process started, but it sounds like we'll need to take a look at the machine directly:

  I'm trying to find my support access ID by typing - /usr/local/cpanel/cpanel -S to the terminal and it returns an error. I'm lost here...will try the direct email. Thank you
