    Hey there! You can delete an SSL that has been installed through the WHM >> Manage SSL Hosts page. If you'd like to remove the one that has been installed on the cPanel and WHM services, you'd need to install a new certificate through WHM >> Manage Service SSL Certificates, or generate a self-signed SSL and apply that.

    Thanks for the additional details. There isn't a way to remove that from the WHM interface as having the AutoSSL provider available is a core function of cPanel and can't be removed. However, if you choose the Let's Encrypt option at the WHM level, users will only get those certificates and not any from the cPanel system.
