Custom nameserver

Hello, I have a domain and having a cPanel VPS. I configured nameserver but when I use those nameservers in GoDaddy or any other domain provider it says "Invalid nameserver". How can I fix this? My NS1. and NS2 are on Cloudflare but they are not being proxied.

  Hi @hasnisyed, Have you created A records for the white-label name servers, ns12 and ns13, at the domain registrar?

  We have quite a few different articles in our support pages about setting up nameservers at different registrars. Here's one for doing this work at NameCheap, but if you search you'll find many others:

  If the nameserver has been created at the registrar level I'm not sure why you'd be seeing that error message with a different registrar as that error usually indicates they haven't been created. If that is what is happening here I would speak with the registrar's support directly to see why those nameservers aren't responding in the DNS system.
