2nd cPanel user?

I would like to add another user to an existing cPanel account. He is the the owner of the company I built the website for, and I want him to have access to all of the email functions, so he can add and remove email accounts, set up sig lines, etc... Is there a way to do this? Thanks in advance, -Joe
