Failed Create Backup Userdata

Hi, Can anybody solve this out,while run /script/pkgacct i got this error : [2021-01-16 23:24:53 +0700] Copy userdata...[2021-01-16 23:24:53 +0700] Failed to read data: Is a directory at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/LoadFile/ReadFast.pm line 126. There's nothing wrong about user userdata. Thank you.

  What is the backup folder you set? Is it exist? Does it have the right permissions?

  Hey there! Would you perhaps be able to include the full command that you're running? As @andrew.n mentioned, there could be an issue with the backup folder specified. It may also be worth opening a support ticket so that we can review this specific issue in more detail.

  I'm using "/script/pgkacct username" running through /home

  Is there a line before that which shows specifically what is being copied? This could be an issue with user data, such as content in the /home/username area, or an issue with userdata files that help create the user. If you don't see any additional errors when running that command it might be best to get a ticket submitted so we can check the issue directly on the server. If you do submit a ticket please post the number here so we can keep the community updated with our findings.
