my domains and his subdomains are listed in the domains at Cpanel but not listed in WHM

Hello, I change my Cpanel primary domain name to a new one. and install the MySQL governor and cage fs for cloudlinux. I do not know if it is related but... after that one of my domains and his subdomains are listed in the domains at Cpanel but not listed in WHM. when trying to edit the DNS zone in Cpanel I GET: "Failed to fetch zone file for "MYDOMAIN.com". Where should I look to fix the issue? Thank u

  Hey there! The first thing I would check for this issue would be to confirm whether or not the DNS zone exists for that domain. Do you see this in WHM >> Edit DNS Zone? If not, it sounds like it really is missing. You mention the domain isn't listed in WHM - can you let me know what specific page you were checking?

  it's not the new and not the old of the Cpanel primary domain account just one of my domains that the client notices me about.

  I solved the issue by simply delete all subdomains and main domains from Cpanel and added them again and that solve my issue. Thank u very much guys for trying to help me. wish u a great day.

  I'm glad you were able to find a good workaround. I would not expect any change to MySQL to be related to the domains issue you experienced, but it's best to manage the domain creation and removal directly through the cPanel and WHM tools on the system.
