Suspended account, please help.

Hi. My site has stopped working. It showed me a message that my account was suspended by the hosting provider. And I have to contact him. Still no one wrote back to my email. I can't log in to my cpanel account even if I request a password reset. I can't even contact cpanel support for that. My site is currently showing this message. I ask the admin to contact me. My site hasn't been working since Friday. Thanks, Jozef

    Hey there! I'm sorry to hear about this issue with the suspended page. If the account is suspended, and it looks like it is from the screenshot you provided, you would have to get in touch with the hosting provider or datacenter to have them unsuspend the account. There wouldn't be anything you can do as the cPanel end-user to work around that since that is controlled by the owner of the server. I'm sorry I do not have better news on this for you, but working with the provider will be the best way to get this resolved.

    Unfortunately you have to reach out to the hosting provider to get this resolved :( Are you able to login to your cPanel account?

    That is the whole problem. I have everything blocked. There is no way to contact support because I can't access my cpanel account. Can you give me any contact for direct support? Or anything that would help me connect with someone who can help me? I'm losing hope, I'm afraid I'll lose my site.

I don't even know what to think, because I've been waiting for three days for someone to help me. I can verify my identity and provide all the necessary information.     @andrew.n - That may be true. They made me an e-shop and through them I also bought hosting. How is it possible that ALIDROPSHIP.COM is a hosting provider when I log in through the cpanel interface? So should I contact ALIDROPSHIP.COM? Thanks.

    That's who you would need to contact. While we do make the control panel software, we don't offer web hosting services so that isn't something we control.
