    Hey there! It sounds like you may have potentially overwritten the main /etc directory on the server, which would keep things from working properly. You may want to ask the datacenter to compare /etc from your machine to a fresh installation of CentOS with cPanel to see if everything there is present that should be, but on my personal system I have over 400 files and directories in /etc. There isn't going to be an easy way to automatically resolve this issue, so you may need to reinstall the OS and cPanel in order to get things working again.

    issue resolve i have started server in recoerymode and check the ownership of etc which is changed i have change it again to root and eveyr thing is working fine

    Great - I'm glad you were able to get that working! I'd recommend running a full "/scripts/upcp --force" on the system to ensure all the cPanel tools are present and working properly.
