    Hey there! I'm sorry to hear about these issues with the site. It's possible there were MySQL issues on the machine before that backup that you'd like to restore. If you manually unzip one of the backup files do you see content in the mysql directory? You can always submit a ticket to our team and we'd be happy to check the backup data for you on our side. Just post the ticket number here so I can follow along and keep everyone updated.

    Thanks for the details. If there is no data in the /mysql directory inside the user backup, there wouldn't be any data for the cPanel tools to restore, so you may just be seeing things working as intended. It seems our team hasn't been able to login to the ticket yet to confirm this behavior as we don't have SSH access working, so if you could check the last message we sent and then update the access we can take a look.
