The errors show in Email Deliverability in Cpanel The system uses an alternate HELO of "ip-hostname.com" when sending mail from the "domain.com" domain. ========================= The system uses an alternate HELO of "IP-hostname.com" when sending mail from the "otherdomain.com" domain. ====================== According to the web hosts system IP is currently set to use IP-hostname.com for rdns.   Hey there! It sounds like you may have a custom configuration set in /etc/mailhelo on the machine that is contributing to this issue. Can you check that file and see if there are any entries there?

  this is inside the mailhelo file *: 1-2-3-4-host.domain.com

  Thanks for those details. I would just remove that entry from the mailhelo file and that will likely take care of the issues you're seeing.

  That actually made something else come up to add a name value entry

  So I believe the original issue is that odd custom value in the /etc/mailhelo file, but I wouldn't anticipate anything else happening after that change. cAn you let me know what message you received?
