I can't activate Autossl to Subdomain

hi,i have 2 subdomain. first subdomain is activated but second isn't log file is

  If the pending tab shows it is in the queue then you will have to wait for AutoSSL to issue the certificate.

  I agree that due to the specific subdomain in question, it's likely getting some additional validation behind the scenes. If you don't see that issued within 24 hours you can submit a ticket to our team and we can check on the status on our end.
