How to install a certificate via uapi?

For installation I use the method "can I activate a certificate on a site? The certificate that has already been installed continues to work. Now I have to manually enter, select the certificate I need and press the activation button. Only after that on the site I see the certificate that I need! Somehow this can be automated through UAPI? Thank!

  I did confirm this behavior on my test server that a restart of Apache was required after the certificate installation happens in order for the SSL to start working in a browser. I've opened a case with our developers to see if that is the intended behavior and if something else needs to be executed at the same time, and I'll let you know as soon as I hear back with more details.

  It usually takes the developers a few days to get to those requests, but I expect to hear something at some point next week.
