No webmail options

From cPanel if I click "Check Email" I then see "WebMail Login" with loading animation which then I get a "Site Can't be reached" error. There are no webmail options even though they are enabled in "Tweak Settings" of WHM. Can anyone give me any clues?

  Hey there! I'm sorry to hear about this issue with the webmail tools. It sounds like this could be a port issue if the site isn't able to be accessed. Can you ensure that port 2096 is open in your server's firewall? For a full list of ports needed for cPanel to function you can reference the followig documentation page:
