Hey there! This has come up a few times before, but the best reply is here where we explain where this is included in the terms of service:

Thanks for reply, But does not matter if I accept in terms of service but that my client do NOT allow any information to be shared due to GDPR with any company that is based in US or their main company is in US. I think this should be optional for more than 1 reason. 1. You can add different scripts trough google tag manager that we do not know what they do 2. Our clients who have government contracts in EU do NOT allow any data sharing storing in US due to bad privacy laws in US (including the one one where US government can inquiry you to provide information about our clients to them) There is more reasons that I described here, but would be nice to make this optional as this is not required for product to work correctly and can make more legal problems.

I can't comment on any legal matters as I'm not nearly that cool. If you'd like to submit a ticket to our team we can put you in touch with the correct people to handle those concerns.
