SPAM AND SLOW WEBMAIL

good day! I ask for help, I am new to vps, I have hired one in contabo, and everything is excellent, only 2 details: the mail that I send always reaches spam, I have everything set the DKIM, SPF, and PTR and in the cpanel it is as validated. any suggestion? on the other hand, I require your advice, the vps is fast, I have fast access to cpanel, whm all very well, but when entering webmail (roundcube) to load the emails, send an email, etc. .. it is very slow. how could you request it.

If you are sure about that, then check if your IP is on the blacklist: Email sending Guidelines Regarding the Roundcube slowness, try after disabling PHP-FPM for cPanel daemons. You can also try switching to Horde.

  That's good news on the mail tester tool. I also like using Email Blacklist Check - IP Blacklist Check - See if your server is blacklisted for a quick check of blacklisted IPs. Were you able to try disabling PHP-FPM for cPanel services to see if that helped the webmail interface speed?
