Configure Exim for IPv6 priority
I believe at present cPanel has IPv4 configured to take priority over IPv6 for sending mail through Exim, Is it possible yet to use IPv6 only yet? We have a server in Europe in an OVH data center and UCE Protect has placed their European ASN on a block list so our London server is having problems sending mail to servers who use UCE Protect, however OVH says UCE Protect cannot/does not block IPv6 so that's our way out of the problem.
We did ask OVH to get UCE Protect to remove their european ASN block but they say "Paying to be removed on a blacklist is extortion and against all industry standards. "

Hey here! At this time there isn't a way to change that behavior. I know there is an older feature request open that you spoke with Michael about in the past, but at this point I don't have any more updates to provide. 0 -
It's true? Can't priority to exim on ipv6? 0 -
Sadly is it true @david.grupo5 cPanel's work on fully implementing IPv6 is painfully slow :( Tristemente es cierto @ david.grupo5. El trabajo de cPanel para implementar completamente IPv6 es dolorosamente lento :( 0 -
You can now use IPv6 for outgoing mail with Exim. I tested and confirmed on cPanel 92.0.11 See-> *removed* 0 -
That link is working alright for me when I tried it just now. I'll try pasting it differently to see if that works better for you: *removed* 0 -
I'm getting "oops You're not authorized to access this page" But i am logged into support.cpanel.net fine. What am I missing? Do i need some special access to see this? 0 -
You should not need anything special - it's a public page that isn't linked to an internal case, so no special access is required. Could you try a different browser or clearing your cache? 0 -
@cPRex your link redirects to cPanel ID which requires Authentication required. 0 -

Yes, I've tried both different browsers and private windows. As kernow mentioned, it does take you to cpanel ID page and requires authentication. I've even tried searching the title in bing and google, and it finds the exact same page and it forces me to cpanel ID as well. Since I'm having the exact same problem as the OP (OVH ASN is being blacklisted by UCEPROTECT's Level 3 blacklist), I would really like to prioritize ipv6 on exim.0 -
It still amazes me that anyone takes that blacklist seriously: UCEPROTECT"-Network - Spam protection made in Switzerland I'm looking into some possible permissions issues on that thread and I'll post again once I have more details. 0 -
Yes UCE PROTECT is a form of extortion  However the RBL spamcop.net uses it so if anyone has it enabled in the Exim configuration manager it's worth disabling! 0 -
So for some reason that article was locked to admins only, which is why I thought it looked fine. I've adjusted that now so you all should have access :D 0 -
That's all that I thought that I needed to do, but hey, having the article there to verify that assumption is helpful. Thanks! 0 -
Hey @cPRex, the link isn't working again. Can you please advise? Thanks! 0 -
@la5digital - the link is working well for me when I checked just now. What error do you get when you try it? 0 -
@cPRex You're not authorized to access this page 0 -
Ah - I see what's going on with that. It looks like we've actually removed that page as some of the details there have changed. I just had access to it on my end due to my admin privileges. I'll update the above post. 0 -

I agree, and they say: "For quality reasons, however, individual clean IPs that are registered at if you spam you are a bad guy, but if you pay you can be a bad guy and we don't care.0
