REVERSE DNS PROBLEM

Hello. In the "Email Deliverability" section of Cpanel I have the status "Problem Exists (Reverse DNS)". I get this message to solve: "To fix this problem, contact your system administrator and request that they create a DNS" A "record for" securenet-server.net " whose value is "207.zzz.190.yyy ". My domain is "groupxyz.com", so in the "Zone Editor" section of Cpanel a DNS "A" record was created and the "Name" field only allows "securenet-server.net.groupxyz.com", it does not allow just "securenet-server.net". In the "Record" field, " 207.zzz.190.yyy" was configured. The problem still persists in the "Email Deliverability" section.

  More than likely this is not something that you can solve. Most providers don't delegate reverse DNS (PTR records) to their clients. They may have a place in their customer system to set reverse DNS or you may need to open a ticket with your provider.
