restore backup failed, server gone

I tried to restore a jetbackup, server is down and I can't access my cpannel. I can't submit a ticket cause the support id is on the cpanel. what can I do in this case? cpanel: 194.76.118.34 took too long to respond.

  Hello there! If the site is offline to the point where you can't access WHM on the system, you would need to contact your hosting provider or datacenter for more assistance as they would have physical access to the machine to examine the issue. If you still see issues with cPanel once things are up and running we'd be happy to check things on our end.

  @ahmad.ali.uk14, if you have WHM panel. then go to top right corner you should see a life preserver icon, clicking it opens a menu with an item on it titled "Contact cPanel".
