good companies for vps

Can you recommend me any good site where i can buy good vps. other companies i have tried, after setting up and i send about 30,000- 40,000 the emails will be delayed to deliver. in most cases it take about 6-12 hours to be deliverd.

  what do you suggest? should i buy vds or dedicated server?.
