Problems between Cpanel mail and microsoft mail (outlook, hotmail, office365)
Hello,
in October last year, I had problems with all CPanel mail accounts (different CPanel) and gmail and microsoft addresses (outlook, hotmail, office365).
Basically the mails had a bounce back after 19.3h.
I also wrote to Microsoft to report the error, I never got a reply except the automatic one....
There were no black list problems with outgoing mail servers, however after a few weeks the matter resolved itself.
In January of this year, towards the end, the problem came back: bounce back after 19.3h but only on Microsoft addresses, gmail was working.
Reported it again to Microsoft urging them to answer me this time!
Their answer was that the servers were not black listed (they repeated it to me 5 times). But the emails kept coming back....
Again, after a week or so, the problem disappeared again.
Today, however, I realize that the problem has occurred again....
I have already promptly reported it to Microsoft and I'm waiting for them to get back to me.
My question is: has the same thing happened to anyone else?
Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
Thank you very much,
Luigina

Hey there! Do you have a copy of one of the bounceback errors we could see? Just make sure to remove any public information like domains or IP addresses and I can check that. 0 -

Thanks for the additional details. That does seem like an issue on the Microsoft side of things so it would be best to reach out to them, or have your hosting provider try to contact them for you if you aren't able to make any progress with them directly, but there isn't going to be anything you can do on the cPanel side of things to resolve that error. 0 -
Good afternoon, thank you so much for your help and responses. I figured it was something like that, I have already talked to GoDaddy and also from their side there is no error. I have already contacted Microsoft, they have also replied to me and I will see if I can get them to fix it once and for all since this is the third time in 4 months. Thanks again, Luigina 0 -
Hopefully they get back with you soon! 0 -
But to be quick they are, it's just that they keep repeating the same thing to me... which obviously doesn't work.... If you want I can post you their answer 0 -
That's up to you - the error message seems to be clear that the message is sitting in Microsoft's queue too long, so there isn't going to be a way to fix that on the server side of things, but you can always share the message. 0
