Can't log into account, try to reset password but says email is wrong

    Hey there! I'm sorry to hear about this issue with the log in. If you are trying to access a cPanel account you would need to speak with your hosting provider or datacenter as they would be able to manually reset that without your email address, and they could also confirm the email on file as well.

    I am having the same problem. The difference is, I bought this license. My main account is locked out. Cannot open ticket because cannot get the support id since I cannot login. This started when I created an account ( I have 5 seats) and they were not getting emails also

    @linuxdude1874 - if your license is purchased through cPanel directly, email our Customer Service team at cs@cpanel.net and we'll help you out. If the license is purchased elsewhere, you'll need to contact them to get the issues resolved with the system.

    I was able to resolve the issue. My local linux provider had blocked all smtp. Thank you
