Thanks for the additional details. Is the message being bounced back by the remote mail system or is it not leaving the server at all?

Thanks for the details. Is your server currently configured to handle mail? The MX records for the domain should point to the system that handle mail, so if the mail should *not* be handled by the local machine you should select the remote MX server. That would also keep you from receiving mail on the local server. Can you check the MX record in the domain's DNS to see the settings there?

MX record showing. without mail. just showing domain.only.

That would indicate that the mail and the web hosting is designed to point to the same location. Is that how you'd like to have things setup - both the website and the email on the same cPanel server?

That looks normal to me. Is the main A record for the domain also pointed to the cPanel server?

If you have root access to the server, you're welcome to submit a ticket so we can check the settings on our end. You can do that through WHM or through the link in my signature. I see you also opened two other threads with email issues. Could we close those and get them all handled in the ticket then?

Yes, I have root access. in where I can submit the ticket.

If you are logged into WHM you can go to Create Support Ticket to get that sent to our team. For now, I'll close the other threads you had opened so we can work through the ticket, but let me know if you need anything else.

You can send an email directly to cs@cpanel.net if you're having difficulty with this through WHM.
