Should I secure my cpanel
Hello.
My website is well secrured with a valid ssl certificate but I realized that my cpanel and whm are not ssl secured.
Should I secure them or is it not necessary?
Thanks a lot

Hey there! Depending on the settings that are handled by your hosting provider, I would expect those to get secured as part of the free AutoSSL certificate. I see your profile indicates you aren't a root user on the system, so can you speak with the host or datacenter to get more details from them on what they have setup for the SSL system? 0 -

Thanks for your message. I'm actually using a virtual private server and I'm the root user :D. Just wondering if that's something I should do0 -
If the DNS for your domain has all of those records included, I would expect AutoSSL to take care of that. It's never a bad thing to get those secured, but you don't need to do anything manually to make that happen. 0
