    Hey there! Are you using the "Restore a full backup/cpmove" file interface when you get this error? If you can get me specific details on how you're experiencing the issue I'm happy to reproduce and do some testing on my end.

    Hi cPRex Really sorry for the delayed response. You can use the Admin license, download one of the accounts and then try to upload/overwrite it using Home " Transfers " Transfer or Restore a cPanel Account " Upload a file to restore. Thank you.
