Validation for transport “rsync” failed: Could not upload test file: child exited with code 1

I'm getting the following error while validating the rsync via incremental backup. It is enabled but failed to validate. When I force run the backup, the folder is created in the remote destination (ssh) but files are not created. But the backup is created with all the files in the main server. "Validation for transport "rsync" failed: Could not upload test file: child exited with code 1"
