    You should detect spammers and stop them from sending, in the first place. Then you can request delisting from SpamHaus blacklist. This can take a few days. In the meanwhile you can adjust the e-mail sending limits in WHM in order to avoid this to happen again.

    If you have an extra clean IP address on your server then you can route your emails through that IP address by setting it up in /etc/mailips Note: You need to make sure first that no more bulk emails are being sent from your server, else you might end up getting your other IP address blacklisted.

    I have added Limits into every package of my server one by one and also changed SMTP Server IP Few Hours Ago. But IP is listed from more than 1 week, after 1 day of listing I already detected the user who is doing spam and suspended that and also added limits into packages but still SpamHaus didn't delist my IP.
